Approval was sought by Frontier Estates for the demolition of the existing former pub and the construction of a 60 bed care home within use class C2. The development replaces one community facility which is no longer needed with another which can contribute to the unmet need of care beds within the local area.

We have successfully been appointed by Frontier Estates on many projects over the years and were thrilled to continue working with them on this scheme.

We worked closely with the Council and their Design Review Panel to refine and produce a high quality scheme that would successfully integrate into its prominent location.
