Project Status: Pre-application Stage

Our role

Following our initial planning appraisal, and our assessment of the redevelopment potential of this key city centre site, we collaborated with master planners and architects at Boyle and Summers to prepare a development concept.
 
The concept envisages active uses at ground floor and private rented apartments on upper floors, all set within a new landmark tower.

Outcomes

  • Pre-application submission in June 2018
  • Planning application expected to be submitted in September 2018
