Our role
Having been engaged on the site originally, our role then evolved in providing advice and strategy to Anchor following their interest in the site, and the preparation and submission of an application. The site required working with Aldi, in light of land ownership, which lead to a successful partnership approach. A particular focus was required on the demonstration of C2 use class, and the specific nature of that operation in terms of parking, highways and employment profile.
